ABOUT CANDON CANADY
Thank you for taking the time to stop by my website! I'd like to take a moment and introduce myself.
My name is Candon Canady, and I've been a personal trainer for the last nine years.
For some, being a personal trainer is a job. For others, it's a rewarding career. For me, however, I also consider it my calling.
I realized I wanted to be a personal trainer when I achieved my own transformation.
As a college football player, my size mattered - I was a 280 pound defensive tackle. After graduating with my degree in Kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of human body movements), I needed to lose 60 pounds because they were no longer necessary.
I became fanatical with leading a healthy lifestyle, and I wanted to be a positive influence on others who wanted to do the same.
I've been training people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds for over nine years. I find it very rewarding to see my current and former clients continuing to make progress - not just in terms of weight loss or muscle gain, but in terms of both physical and mental health.
For me, being "fit" isn't just about the number on the scale - it's about finding your confidence and shedding insecurities, in addition to the sense of accomplishment of setting and reaching your goals.
I get the most joy out of training when my clients make the personal choice to live a healthier lifestyle one meal, one workout and one day at a time.
My wife, Angie (pictured), has been nothing short of a remarkable supporter of me throughout our time together both personally and professionally. We have two golden floofs, Whiskey and Quila (also pictured) and are expecting our first daughter Graycee Jean in August 2022!
My promise to you is to deliver exceptional service and attention, and to do my part to make you the next success story.
I would love the opportunity to learn more about you and what you're looking to accomplish, so please don't hesitate to contact me.
"Last Set, Best Set!"
Sincerely,
Candon
